Important information:
- Order deadline: 5:00 PM (GMT-5:00) Eastern Daylight Time (New York)
- Order processing: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Order: 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Free shipping: For all orders within United States of America.
- Delivery time: 5-9 working days (Monday to Friday) until the order arrives.
Cancellations
Something came up and you need to cancel? No problem! Just send us a message at info@pawshpetpicks.com, and make sure you do this before the order ships (usually 1-3 days). If you're late, it's not the end of the world you can still return the order, but you'll have to cover the return shipping costs yourself.
Incorrect or damaged items
The package arrived, but something is wrong? In most cases, the error is ours for example, the wrong size or color.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the package at info@pawshpetpicks.com . Please include photos, your order number, and a description of the problem—we'll take care of it immediately.
Delayed orders
It should take a maximum of 9 days for your order to arrive (let's do the math: a maximum of 3 days for processing and 6 days for shipping). If there is a delay (and you're not in the middle of nowhere), please wait an additional 3 days and then contact us – we'll investigate.
